IPčko is a Slovakian NGO providing complex internet trust line services to children and young people in need.

How can it help you

Professionals of the IPčko can help you in various crisis situations. If you are in a trouble in your life, call 0800 500 333 for a non-stop helpline or get into contact with the psychologists of IPčko via chat or via an online contact form. These contacts are operational around-the-clock.

If you are a young person with a disability, you might need special assistance. IPčko has established a special service for you. Contact IPčko specialists between 3pm and 8pm via chat or via videochat, where you will be provided consultancy in sign language. 

In 2020, the organisation established a special service for those who need psychological support in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Activities

  • Providing psychological and emotional support for children and young people in need
  • Providing consultancy to children, parents or teachers concerning cyberbullying and cybergrooming 
  • Providing special psychological and emotional support for children and young people with disabilities
  • Providing special psychological and emotional support for children and young people considering or attempting suicide
  • Providing training programmes for professionals who are in contact with children and young people (teachers, policemen, health workers etc.)
  • Raising awareness in public about mental health challenges faced by children and young people
